Cancellation Policy

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy To reserve your Sweet Smoke experience, a 30% booking deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event date and time are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event. Events booked within 14 days require payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and resources reserved specifically for your event. • 30+ days before the event: Deposit may be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. • 15–29 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred as a credit toward one future Sweet Smoke event scheduled within 4 months, subject to availability. • 14 days or less before the event: All payments are non-refundable. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund or credit will be issued. Any non-refundable expenses already incurred specifically for your event, including customized merchandise, specialty cigars, personalized cigar bands, signage, permits, or other special-order items, will be deducted from any refund or credit otherwise available. Rescheduling One reschedule may be permitted with at least 15 days' notice, subject to availability. Payments already made will be applied to the rescheduled event. Additional charges may apply if the new date, location, services, travel requirements, or event details change. Weather & Unsafe Conditions Because Sweet Smoke is a mobile experience, severe weather, unsafe road conditions, site accessibility issues, or other conditions may affect our ability to safely operate. If Sweet Smoke determines that an event cannot safely proceed, we will work with the customer to reschedule the event and apply payments made to the new date. Cancellation by Sweet Smoke If Sweet Smoke must cancel an event for reasons within our control and we are unable to provide a mutually acceptable rescheduled date, the customer will receive a refund of payments made to Sweet Smoke for services that were not provided. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring the event location meets Sweet Smoke's site, access, clearance, parking, and operating requirements.
